1. Introduction

By accessing or using UMVA ("we," "our," "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. Our services include Hosting, Software Licensing, Digital Marketing (Fans), SEO, SMS/WhatsApp APIs, Email Servers, and Domain Registration.

2. Account & Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use our services.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and API keys.
  • One user/entity generally maintains one account unless authorized otherwise.
  • You must provide accurate information for all services.

3. Web Services (Hosting & Domains)

3.1 Domain Registration

Domains are registered subject to ICANN and registry policies. You agree that we may share your data with registrars as required. Domain fees are non-refundable once registered.

3.2 Web Hosting & Email Servers

We provide hosting "as is". You agree not to host illegal content, malware, or content that violates copyright. We reserve the right to suspend email servers sending spam.

4. Digital Market (Software & Scripts)

Products purchased from our market are subject to specific licenses (Personal, Commercial, or Extended). You may not redistribute, resell, or share the source code publicly unless explicitly permitted by the license type.

5. Marketing & Social Media

Buying Fans/Followers: We guarantee delivery of the purchased count. However, we are not affiliated with any social media platforms and are not responsible for account suspensions or "drop" in counts caused by platform updates.

SEO Services: We use best practices to improve ranking but do not guarantee specific positions on search engines due to the dynamic nature of algorithms.

6. API Services (SMS & WhatsApp)

You agree to use our SMS and WhatsApp Business APIs in compliance with all applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CAN-SPAM). Sending unsolicited bulk messages (spam), phishing, or fraudulent content will result in immediate termination.

7. Payments

All payments are processed securely. We do not store your full card details.

8. Fees & Payments

All services are prepaid. We reserve the right to change pricing with notice. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

9. Limitation of Liability

UMVA is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our services, including data loss or business interruption.
