Cancellation Policy

Guidelines for cancelling UMVA services and subscriptions.
1. General Cancellation Terms
You may cancel your account or specific services at any time via your dashboard or by contacting support. Cancellation usually takes effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
2. Hosting & Domains
- Web Hosting: Cancellations for hosting services must be requested at least 3 days before the renewal date to avoid automatic charges. Data will be retained for 14 days post-cancellation before permanent deletion.
- Domain Names: Domain registrations cannot be cancelled once processed. You may disable auto-renewal to let the domain expire at the end of its term.
3. Subscriptions (SaaS & API)
- Software Licensing: Licenses can be cancelled anytime. Access to updates and support will cease immediately or at the end of the paid period, depending on the plan.
- API Services: SMS, WhatsApp, and Email API subscriptions can be cancelled instantly. Unused credits are treated according to our Refund Policy.
4. Marketing & SEO Services
SEO and Social Media Marketing campaigns can be cancelled. However, work already completed or in progress (e.g., fans delivered, backlinks created) cannot be reversed. Cancellation stops future billing.
5. How to Cancel
Log in to your UMVA dashboard, navigate to the specific service (e.g., "My Hosting", "Active Licenses"), and select "Request Cancellation". Alternatively, create a support ticket.
