1. General Refund Policy

We strive to provide high-quality digital services. Refunds are generally processed to your original payment method or account credit unless otherwise requested.

2. Non-Refundable Items

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Domain Name Registrations (once registered with the registry).
  • SSL Certificates (once issued).
  • Digital Downloads (scripts, software) once downloaded or accessed.
  • Transaction fees (e.g., payment gateway charges).

3. Hosting Services

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee: Shared and Cloud hosting plans are eligible for a full refund if cancelled within 30 days of initial signup. This does not apply to renewals or dedicated servers.

4. Software & Scripts

Since these are digital goods, refunds are only issued if:

  • The product is technically defective and our support cannot fix it.
  • The product description was materially misleading.

Change of mind is not a valid ground for software refunds.

5. Marketing & Social Media

Refunds are issued if the service is not delivered within the specified timeframe. Partial refunds may be issued specifically for the undelivered portion of a service (e.g., if you ordered 1000 fans and received only 500).

6. Requesting a Refund

To request a refund, please open a support ticket with your Transaction ID and reason. Requests must be made within 7 days of the issue arising.
