A staggering 36% of Division I men’s basketball players reported experiencing harassment on social media related to gambling within the past year alone.
This isn’t merely about protecting the game; it’s about safeguarding the young men and women who play it. The NCAA emphasizes that protecting competition integrity and student-athlete well-being are “of vital importance.”
