OSTRICH FARM DEATH: Police SILENCE Protesters – What Are They HIDING?

A somber discovery unfolded at a British Columbia ostrich farm, a site already steeped in months of protest. RCMP officers found an unresponsive man at the Universal Ostrich Farms protest camp in Edgewood, initiating a sudden and tragic investigation.

The man was discovered on the ground by a police liaison team, prompting an immediate call to Nakusp RCMP. Despite tireless resuscitation efforts by officers, followed by paramedics, they were unable to revive him, marking a sudden and unexplained death.

Authorities have identified the man, but locating and notifying his family has proven difficult. The Nakusp RCMP are now working alongside the BC Coroners Service, meticulously investigating the circumstances surrounding his passing.

Online, within the communities dedicated to the protest, tributes began to surface. Supporters revealed the man had been a steadfast presence at the camp for months, deeply committed to the cause.

The farm itself has been the focal point of intense opposition to a proposed cull, ordered after avian flu was detected within the large ostrich flock. A final decision looms, with the Supreme Court of Canada scheduled to determine on Thursday whether to hear the farmers’ last appeal against the cull.

While authorities currently see no indication of foul play, the timing and location of the death add a layer of profound sadness to an already fraught situation. The investigation continues, seeking answers and closure amidst a backdrop of ongoing conflict and grief.
