The late-night calm of Glassboro, New Jersey, shattered early Saturday morning as a furious brawl erupted within the brightly lit confines of a Domino’s Pizza. What began as a dispute quickly spiraled into complete pandemonium, drawing a swift response from local law enforcement.
Police arrived shortly before 3 a.m. to find a scene of utter chaos. Customers, many still adorned in Halloween costumes, were reportedly standing on tables and chairs, their faces illuminated by the glow of cell phone screens as they captured the escalating conflict.
As officers moved to restore order and make arrests, the situation took a dangerous turn. Two individuals, fueled by what police described as “extreme hysteria,” seized a red chair and violently hurled it towards the responding officers.
The projectile struck an officer squarely in the back of the head, a deliberate act of aggression that escalated the incident from a chaotic fight to a criminal assault. The two suspects then fled the scene, seemingly amused by their actions.
Surveillance footage revealed the full extent of the mayhem. The camera captured the chair being thrown out of view, followed by a scattering of bystanders as the reality of the situation sunk in. The entire scene unfolded before a crowd of onlookers, frozen in shock and disbelief.
Authorities have released images of the two suspects – one wearing a gray jacket, the other a light blue sweatshirt – and are actively seeking the public’s help in identifying them. The investigation is ongoing, and anyone with information is urged to come forward.
